As the Clinical Program Coordinator, basha* star, has the opportunity to talk to every individual interested in receiving therapeutic services from our agency. From an older adult looking for in-home therapy, to an individual who recently lost a loved one and is looking for grief support, basha* extends warmth and understanding to everyone. The Clinical Program at CSS is unique in its offerings and provides therapeutic services to up to 100 members of our community weekly who would not otherwise have access to such services. No one is turned away for an inability to pay and that’s why your donations are so important.
Additionally, the program would like to expand our presence throughout Alameda County both geographically and through offering services in languages other than English. Expanding access is only possible if additional funds are available.
During the pandemic, we have been humbled by the support we have received from our community and have also been overwhelmed by the need.
