Crisis Support Services of Alameda County is looking for licensed psychologists, MFTs, or LCSWs to
provide one pro bono unit of individual supervision for the 21/22 training year, starting September 7 th .
We are Alameda County’s 24 crisis hotline, and we have a robust clinical training program that currently
supports 19 interns including MFTs, MSWs, PsyDs and PhDs. Our clinical program focuses on serving the
needs of older adults, people experiencing grief, and school aged children and families. We are open to
all approaches and modalities. Our training program has a strong commitment to social justice and is
committed to reducing barriers to care.
We are looking for a supervisor that has an understanding of working with underserved and diverse
populations, and are in need of supervisors with a background in working with older adults or grief. We
are happy to train and provide support to newer supervisors and provide a monthly supervision group in
order to earn CEUs.
Applicants for this position should be qualified to provide individual clinical supervision in California.
Hours and times are flexible. Supervision is currently being provided via telemedicine.
